Cox: XBRL Final Ruling Expected Before Year End

Yesterday, Chairman Cox stated in a speech at the AICPA National Conference in DC that global comparability and localization "will be significantly advanced if, as expected, the Commission later this month finalizes our proposed rule to provide investors with all public company financial reports in interactive data format"

This is as solid a comment as you'll ever hear about an upcoming ruling.
